The numbers on a listing come from the seller.

Marketplaces publish what the seller types in. Verification, where it exists, is narrow and sold separately.

  • 0% disclosed churn

In a review of 615 SaaS listings on Acquire.com, none disclosed churn. The median disclosed customer count was 5.

    BigIdeasDB, June 2026
  • $361, not $700

A Flippa listing tagged “Data Verified” showed $361 per month in verified profit. The seller's description claimed $700 per month.

  • From $1,500

Marketplace due-diligence packages start at $1,500, and some do not verify source documents.

Full Report

$1,300

Deals from $30,000 to $150,000Delivered in 72 hours

For deals where the price, the transfer of accounts and the purchase agreement matter as much as the Stripe data.

Everything in the Red Flag Report, plus

  • 12-month P&L rebuilt from processor and bank exports
  • Transferability review of contracts, accounts and IP
  • Valuation against current marketplace closing multiples
  • Suggested deal terms to take to your own counsel: price adjustment, holdback, transition period, non-compete, representations

Deals above $150,000, or with more than one entity or payment processor: send the listing and we quote.

How it works

Five steps. Most of the waiting is on the seller.

  1. Send the listing link and pay.

Order through the payment link, or send the listing first if you want us to confirm scope. Work starts on payment.

  2. Ask the seller for read-only access.

We tell you exactly what to request: a read-only Stripe role, viewer access to analytics and read-only access to the repository, or exports of each. You get a copy-paste message for the seller.

  3. We rebuild the numbers.

MRR, churn, concentration, refunds and margin are reconstructed from the exports, not from the listing. Dependencies and deal terms are reviewed alongside.

  4. The attorney reviews and signs.

Every figure and every flag is checked line by line before signature.

  5. You get the PDF.

Within 48 or 72 hours of receiving access. Full Reports include one round of follow-up questions.

What we check

Each item is rebuilt from source exports or read-only access, never from a screenshot.

  • Real MRR from the Stripe export, not the dashboard
  • Churn by monthly cohort
  • Customer concentration: top 3 and top 10
  • Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
  • Annual vs monthly plans and prepaid revenue
  • One-time vs recurring revenue
  • Cost stack: hosting, APIs, tools, contractors, fees
  • Real gross and net margin
  • Platform and API dependencies and their terms
  • Repository: ownership, licenses, secrets, bus factor
  • Traffic plausibility against revenue
  • Deal terms: what is included, what transfers, what is promised

What we don't do

  • We don't value your deal for you. A Full Report benchmarks the asking price; the decision stays yours.
  • We don't give legal, tax or investment advice.
  • We don't guarantee outcomes.
  • We don't contact the seller on your behalf unless you ask.

Common questions

What access do you need, and how do I ask the seller?
Read-only access to the payment processor (Stripe supports read-only team members), viewer access to analytics, and read-only access to the repository, or exports of each. After payment you receive a short message to forward to the seller that lists exactly what to request and why it is a standard ask.
What if the seller refuses access?
We complete the report with what is available and state clearly what could not be verified. A refusal is itself a finding. If the seller refuses all access after payment, we deliver a listing-only review and refund 50% of the fee.
How long does it take, and can you expedite?
48 hours for a Red Flag Report and 72 hours for a Full Report, counted from the moment we have access or exports. Expedited delivery is sometimes possible; ask before paying and we confirm the surcharge and the date.
Is it confidential?
Yes. We sign your NDA if you have one. The listing, the exports and the report are seen only by the analyst and the signing attorney. Your data is deleted 30 days after delivery.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is an analytical review of the seller's claims against the data. The purchase agreement must go to counsel in your jurisdiction; the Full Report gives you suggested terms to take to them.
What is the refund policy?
If we cannot deliver the report, you get a full refund. There is no refund for a verdict you dislike.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, using the payment link on each report. The invoice is issued by our Delaware LLC. Prices are in US dollars.
Who is behind this?
A senior M&A attorney with 25+ years in corporate transactions, who reviews and signs every report, working with AI tooling built for Stripe exports. The signature block names the attorney and links to their profile.
